Hat Retainer & Stretcher

One size, helps retain hat size when not wearing it, can help stretch hat slightly. 

Once inside hat band is steamed place the retainer inside hat and turn center rod till taught. leave in hat till hat is dry and replace when not wearing hat to hold stretch.
